As a UI/UX Designer, I had the opportunity to work on a significant project in the telecom industry, specifically focused on revamping the Orange mobile app.
This project aimed to enhance the user experience and improve service and tariffs management for millions of users.
As I led the UI and UX design aspects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the app's success. Throughout the development process, I focused on creating intuitive user flows, wireframes, conducting extensive UX research, and designing engaging UI interactions.
Conducting comprehensive UX research was a fundamental aspect of this project. I employed various research methodologies such as heuristic evaluation, surveys, and competitor analysis to gain a deeper understanding of user expectations, pain points, and industry trends. This research helped me make informed design decisions that aligned with user needs and preferences.
Finally, I focused on the UI interaction design, creating visually appealing and intuitive interfaces that facilitated seamless navigation. I paid close attention to typography, color schemes, iconography, and other visual elements to create a cohesive and visually pleasing app that represented the Orange brand effectively.
My work as a UI/UX Designer on the Orange mobile app revamping project involved conducting extensive UX research, crafting intuitive user flows, creating wireframes, and designing engaging UI interactions. By leveraging my skills and expertise, I played a vital role in delivering a user-centered and visually appealing app that enhanced the service and tariffs management experience for +10 Million Orange's user base.
